Amazing hotel North West ish?

Looking for a super lovely hotel in the north west/north wales ish for a couple of nights for a birthday celebration. Have looked T usual suspects in Manc/Liverpool but just wondering whether I’d forgotten anywhere

The Lake District has some amazing hotels, especially spa ones!

In Chester- Oddfellows, Hotel Indigo, the Grosvenor is posh but v expensive! Nearby - Carden Park.

The Gilpin in the lakes is lovely - especially if you get a room with a hot tub / terrace.

Gilpin looks amazing but no availability unfortunately… awkward time between Xmas and neW year, places either full or closed 🙄

Mere hotel and spa, Knutsford.

Rookery Hall near Nantwich.

Last one...Moor Hall near Ormskirk.

Velvet hotel in Manchester was amazing! The rooms were incredible. Otherwise Titanic hotel or shankly hotel Liverpool

I like the look of Another Place in the Lake District
