Hotel in central England for large family group

Any recommendations of nice hotels in central England suitable for a large family reunion, including teenage kids and older grandparents? Looking for a pool, large grounds, interconnecting/family rooms, bit of character, mid range budget, good trip advisor ratings etc. Thanks !

Definitely the best for family gatherings with mixed ages is the Belfry just outside Birmingham, but it’s not really mid range. The only other one I can think of is Moor Hall.
