Overnight Stay to celebrate Birthday/Wedd Anniversary...with 3 year old!!!! (not too far from Nottm)

its my birthday and wedd anniversary and I would love to book a lovely hotel or somewhere for an overnight stay but we have to take our 3 yr old.....would be nice to go alon but havent ot a sitter...so rather then not go somewhere were going to make a family thing of it!!!! Any ideas what we can do/go? We are in Nottm so nowhwere too far

what about centre parcs in Sherwood Forest? A hotel with a 3 year old wouldn't be much fun tbh

were there next week! NO this has to be overnight stay - I was thinking of York...we could perhaps go to the train museum but need a hotel with pool for lo
