i recentlyy booked on line with butlins with the sun holiday thingy. as oct half term was around 20th for last two years i booked the 20th but it should have been on the 27th. i did try and check but not well enough! lol
ds will be in year 2 so cant take him out week before half term.
i have rang Butlins explained situ - i realise now it will be much more expensive to go the week after but i have asked if i can just pay the difference. take the £38 i have already paid off and then pay another £150 (price showing on wesbite for half term week).
to me that sounds reasonable but no they couldnt possibly.
do you think its worth me starting writing letters or shall i just forget about it. we are going at easter and now im getting angry and beginning to hate the place. which aint good when we are going there on hols.
i thnk the problem was on the phone the lady wouldnt hear me out and ok there probably is something that says they can change weeks willy nilly but i AM WILLING TO PAY TO FECKING DIFFERENCE.
