Any suggestions of places to go/things to do? Was looking at the national trust childhood museum but it won't let me book for the dates I want, not sure if it's because they are closed then (although website says they are open), or already fully booked those dates. I think it is looking to be rainy the entire time we are up there unfortunately so not sure on what to do. Will be a 4yo, 3yo, and a (non-mobile) baby.

Matlock Bath Aquarium and Peak Rail
Heights of Abraham cable car (you can take pushchairs onboard, but preferably collapsed)

We did heights of Abraham in a storm, don't recommend it! The town is cute though. You just need to dress appropriately and get out.

Oh and we went to bakewell and Buxton - wouldn't recommend either. Sorry!

Look for the website Peak District Kids, loads of info on there, there's a FB group too for specific questions

Conkers lots of outdoor space to look around but a nice indoors play area too.
they used to do 2-4-1 groupon vouchers.

Yes to Conkers.

How easy would access to Birmingham be? Think Tank, Aquarium, maybe lego?

Set of waterproofs, and go out?

Wnikat · 13/09/2022 21:28

Splash landings

Think tank is brilliant for younger children too😊
