Can anyone recommend a nice place for a first trip glamping with two young children? Looking for SE England. Thank you.

South East is a big area!

if you have a healthy budget, Buckleberry Farm in Berkshire is fun for a few nights, there are several cabins in the woods which are quite well buried, but it’s an easy stroll back to the play barn and the farm shop. loads for little kids to do onsite.

There's a place near Chichester called Plush Tents that is lovely

Agreed, loved this place. Fluffy rugs, big wooden beds & log burners. Also loved how safe & enclosed it felt for the kids. Also the kids loved the little hot choc area with music in the eves. Will definitely go again.

We have hired bell tents in the past, Beautiful Bells are who we have used, Hampshire firm, they put the tent up prior to or as we arrive. Love it, & it means we can glamp at almost any campsite.

We think we need electricity - our children need their night light! Maybe we aren't ready for glamping even !

Find a sight with electric hook ups? Or if it's just for night lights, get battery powered ones?

Plush Tents site is a great intro for new glampers I think - some people we went with had never done it before & loved it 😊

We love Blackberry Woods near Brighton. Stayed there a few times now.
