So we were going to see a place of interest and the car park was full. We hung around for five minutes waiting for a space and someone came back and we patiently waited for them to move out of the spot. She drove off and as we were reversing into the space, a male driver in a travel style van whizzed forwards into the space and almost hit us in the process. We were so shocked at the rudeness of this driver!
My question is, what would you have done, would you have confronted this driver? Fortunately about 20 seconds later someone else left and we got their space, but as we walked past the man on the way out of the car park, I said rather loudly "It was lucky that other space became available as someone stole the one we were reversing into!". The man overheard and just stared a bit sheepish at us.
