Anyone had experience of it being cancelled when there were not many passengers?

My flight was cancelled because of rain but I am more than a bit suspicious that it was actually cancelled because there were only 4 passengers booked on it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Quite often gets cancelled due to bad weather

We went out on helicopter and back on Skybus to Lands End similar time last year - helicopter was delayed by an hour, Skybus fine, both full. When I asked on line about risk of helicopter being cancelled people said it was more often Skybus cancelled.

More likely to be the weather than the number of passengers. The slightest hint of fog and they cancel.

Nope. We’ve been using it for 30 year and only ever actually had a flight cancelled once. Due to fog.
The planes used to only seat 6/8people altogether!! even now it’s only about 14 and it’s full!
