Camp sites with a toddler

Can anyone recommend a campsite that is toddler friendly? Don't mind a drive, currently in south London but distance isn't a huge issue. Stuck for ideas!

Yes I was leaping out by 7am! It was lovely at night to sit outside though. Toddler was screeching to get up by 7 anyway.
