Day out in Brighton

Thinking of a day out in Brighton on Friday with 3DDs aged 9-13. Can anyone recommend anything please? We're thinking of the pier and the lanes, but any other recommendations? Thank you!

Similar aged DC love the North Laine rather than the Lanes.
Lunch and bubble tea (ick) on Gardner St. Shopping on Kensington Gardens, Caramella, Rolys Fudge and the Brighton Requirement are favourites.
