Hotels and baby listening services?

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel (within 2 hours from London) that has baby listening/sitting service?
We want to go for short break before next baby arrives but dont want to spend everynight sat in the hotel room - any suggestions??

The lovely lot on here have helped me with finding a place - look on this thread although most hotels will be able to organise baby sitting. We have stayed at Woolley Grange and Moonfleet Manor and had a great time but are a little over 2 hrs from London
