Liverpool long stay parking

Wondered if anyone with knowledge of Liverpool could help. We are due to go to the city via train on the weekend of a rail strike. We are now looking at driving. Our hotel doesn’t have parking. Where is a good place to park on a Friday lunchtime to a Saturday teatime, with easy access into the city? Are there any long stay park and rides etc?

Any advice appreciated.

You could park at Lime Street (Lord Nelson Street entrance) or Q park at Liverpool One (off The Strand). Alternatively you could park at Woodside in Birkenhead and get the ferry. There is on street parking the further away from city centre you go - so near university for example. Have a great time!

Thank you both for your feedback! That’s great, I’ll look at these.

We went to Liverpool a few weeks ago and left the car in the Q Park Liverpool One for about 3 days. I booked and paid in advance and it worked well. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express Albert Dock, and it was a 10 - 15 minute walk.
