Hoseasons cancellation policy - Covid

We have a 3 night cottage stay booked starting this Friday through hoseasons and it's fully paid. Unfortunately my husband tested positive of covid yesterday. Me and DC are testing negative for now. I couldn't find in the terms and conditions about what happens if we have to cancel due to having covid. Will they refund? Or is it reschedule only Or not cancellable at all? Did anyone else had to cancel / reschedule due to similar reason and what was the outcome?
Thanks

If he feels OK would you not just go anyway?

Do you have insurance?
They may or may not refund if you choose not to go; depends on their goodwill I suppose

It’s the same as any other illness now ie a cold, so it will be down to your insursnce

Thanks both! Will check with our insurance. We had another hotel booked for a night on the way and they have already said they won't refund and to check with our insurance. @dementedpixie yes we are considering going as an option as well, if he tests negative by then. We are are travelling with my mum and don't want to risk passing it to her. Or another option is that me, DC and DM will go if we are fine and test negative. It won't be the same without DH, but an option if we don't want to lose the money.
