Dog and child friendly destinations

I’m looking to take my two primary aged children for a long weekend over the summer holidays. We are also going to have our dog with us.
Any suggestions for places that are not too far outside of London ( max 2-3 hours drive) that could accommodate both kids and dog please?
The dog can’t be left so a lot of the exciting destinations won’t work as we can’t go on any outings that don’t allow dogs.

We love burnbake lodges, very dog friendly and lots of nice bits to do locally.
Also they all have a hot tub and it's a gorgeous site so equally you can just chill.

Sorry meant to say it's Wareham.

We went to Paignton in Devon in October. It was absolutely brilliant. Loads for kids to do and completely dog friendly.

I have a let which has a huge outdoor enclosed garden, wigwam made from branches and play area for children plus two paddocks. right out in the countryside yet only a couple of miles from the nearest town and 20 minutes from the M4 junction 16 near Malmesbury. It maybe too big for you as we sleep 8. PM if you are interested
