Bournemouth summer hols, 2 DC's, luxury self catering, any recommendations?

We're thinking of going to Bournemouth for our summer hols, I have been there once or twice many many years ago and love the beaches and the fact there's loads to do in the town.

We have 2 DC's, DD who'll be 5 and DS who'll be 2 by August. Would love any recommendations for accomodation within walking distance to the beach and of a really good luxury standard.

We stayed at Sandhills (Park Holidays) right next to beach. Self catering but hardly luxury. Moonfleet Manor is more luxurious and geared up for families but not quite bournemouth and not self catering.
