Bosinver - DD8 too old?

We've done various cottage and camping holidays with DD8 over the years, but have not been to this kind of set up since she was little (we went to Red Door Farm Cottages near Honiton and Cyldey Cottages in Wales when she was 3-4 ish).

Do you think 8 is too old to justify the premium price tag?

(I think I know the answer but am mourning the little years...)

She’d be too told some of what’s on offer, but would still benefit from the swimming pool, zip wire, trampoline, tennis court, egg collecting and ponies. There are other cottage complexes more geared up for older children. I could recommend some if you’re interested.

Could you recommend some for me @Fivemoreminutes1? Would possibly be interested in east rather than west but would go west for the right place 🙂 it's the sort of holiday I don't even know what I'm googling for

We did Bosinver for DC aged up to 6 or 7 but yes I think 8 is a less good fit. It's a lovely place but a bigger swimming pool and climbing frames/zipwires suitable for older children are better provided elsewhere.
