Dh has a work trip to Leicester coming up in the Easter holidays so I thought that I and our 2 teenage boys might tag along. (Covid has got us to the point where a midweek break in Leicester sounds like an exciting holiday). It's not an area I know at all though, so no idea what there is to see. The only thing I know about the city is that Richard III was buried in a carpark but I am sure the area has more to offer! We'd be staying in a city centre hotel but once I've dropped DH off I'll have the car so we don't have to stick to the city itself. Any suggestions? One teen is a geeky sciencey type, the other is sporty and they are both interested in music and history. I can't walk long distances because of a disability.
Any advice gratefully received.
