Which London hotel for me and 3 older DCs

Looking to take 3 DCs (11,13,15) to London, and not sure which hotel - personally I love the Covent Garden area, but the Hard rock hotel has a good deal - I'm not sure of that area.
We'd be arriving via Paddington, so anywhere on a tube ride from there would be ok.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions!

How many rooms do you want and do you have a budget

I stay at The Grand hotel in Paddington, they always have deals on, i prefer to dump luggage and spend as much time sightseeing as I can. The hard Rock hotel is in marble Arch, near Hyde Park and the very top end of Oxford street

I was thinking a family room, with 2 double beds, or adjoining rooms.
Was hoping to spend £300 per night but with wiggle room.

what dates are you going

Hoping to go for a few days the first week in April.
