Accomidation with private pool for immuno-suppressed friend

Looking for a holiday cottage or let for my friend and husband that has its own private heated swimming pool. Ideally a smaller property so costs stay reasonable. She has been through a lot and is battling long-term illness. She'd love to swim but can't use shared facilities because of infection risk. Somewhere in the UK but ideally not too far. They are in the south-east. I've seen large houses that sleep 20+ and cost thousands and unsure if a smaller place as described above exists... Thank you

I assume you've looked on air BNB and filtered for something with a pool? Could you narrow it down a bit by county as by what you mean by 'not too far'? Not far from where? Kent, Essex, London???

Thanks, will try again. Lots coming up with shared pool and can't see how to filter anywhere for private pool. Not far from London would be ideal - 125 miles in any direction eg.

my friend stayed in a place (near Chichester I think) where it was a shared pool but set times it was available to them and the rest of the time it was for the owners use. would that kind of arrangement be ok?

I think you need Premier Cottages.

We've stayed here (probably about 10 years ago). The main house used to be a B&B and then they converted 3 outbuildings/barns.

It is in lovely countryside, the closest town is Faversham. Equally it isn't too far to get to Whitstable or Canterbury.

It isn't a private pool, but you are given 1 hour slots.

Further than your range but we were given 1 hour timeslots for just us, 1 or 2 per day at Watermouth Castle apartments in Devon, apartment is for 4 people, very clean, very covid aware. Around 1,000 per week but varies on season and week. On the coast and surrounded by countryside. Is a small childrens theme park there but it is very seperate and there are beautiful gardens can walk around including after people have gone. I have cancer and would have no qualms about there. Through cottages.com but would double check still 1 hour slots as was put in for covid. Was in august 21 still.
