Can you recommend a cottage on or near the beach in Cornwall?

We've never holidayed in the UK before but with 3 daughters - a 6 year old with SN's, a 2 year old and a newborn we figured it's going to be less grief.

I've always fancied Cornwall and would like to hire a cosy cottage on or very close to the beach.

Can you recommend anything?

County Cottages (Ithink) has a 3 bed one in Coverack that is wondrous. Its 2 mins walk to the beach with rock pools and sucjhlike for little ones.
Near Flambards in Helston and some fairy place and a seal sanctuary.
However, not suitable for wheelchair special needs. Most of Cornwall isn't.
If you need wheelchair access, Disability Now always carries adverts for holiday cottages that are accessible and they list local accessible amenities.

Oh thank you so much

My DD can walk, not very well or for long distances and uneven ground etc is a nightmare, but luckily for us we aren't totally reliant on a wheelchair at least.

Thanks for the link
