Nice hotel in East Midlands recommendation pls

Looking for a hotel for a weekend break around East Midlands airport, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester sort of area. Ideally somewhere upmarket with nice rooms and big baths, and a nice pub or bar. Thanks.

Kilworth House near Lutterworth Leicestershire would be the best ( not far from the M1) , or Hambleton Hall on Rutland Water.

Hambleton Hall would fit the bill.

Kilworth and Hambleton are both a fair treck from EMA!
The Manor House at Quorn is lovely, boutique style hotel with individualy designed bedrooms. Have stayed there through work and it was great, really good food as well.
It's about 10 miles from EMA.
You could also look at Nottingham as trains from East Midlands Parkway only take about 15 minutes and it's easier to get to than Derby.
