If you use this service often, particularly at the weekend, how often do they get cancelled? If I pop over what are the chances of me being stuck there lol longer than planned

It depends where you're flying from!

My local airport has one flight a day and at this time of year the weather sometimes badly affects flights, especially early morning ones. The airport 1.5 miles away seems to have flights to Dublin every couple of hours (two different airlines) during the daytime so less chance of getting stuck there.

Sorry I thought you were travelling UK to Dublin not the other way round. Where are you flying to in the UK? Small or big airport?

Birmingham, will be going into ie from uk but concerned about getting stuck
