Hubbys 40th in Manchester - meal? - Mana?

Hi it’s my husbands 40th in Feb and I’m pondering a meal out. He’s the laid back type and will want to stay local. Mana is the local Michelin and looks good but quite posh - not sure how fun it would be? I like to think we’re ‘young 40’ 😂 Someone suggested a place called where the light is. Any ideas, meal or otherwise?

Fazenda is pretty unique. you have a card which you turn up or down, depending on whether you want more food or not. It has a really fun atmosphere, with friendly staff and a great playlist
Sapporo Teppanyaki is Japanese and if you book in for the Teppanyaki table, you get the full experience and can watch as the chefs cook your food and generally entertain the life out of you.
Albert Schloss has a hugely impressive bar. It’s also a music venue and the food has a German twist. Inside there an Alpine Cookhaus for traditional dishes and they have almost nightly shows.
Others that are pretty quirky: El Gato Negro, Flight Club and Cane and Grain.
