Places to stop during Thames city cruises

I've booked a Thames sightseeing hop on hop off cruise and was wondering which piers to stop at to access good places (restaurants, attractions, places of interest) on foot. I can access tower pier, Greenwich pier, London eye pier. Any ideas what to see around these places? And also if anyone has been to this cruise how did they find it? It's one of the city cruises one I received through an experience voucher... thanks in advance!

I’d probably catch the 10am boat from Greenwich to Tower pier. Get off at Tower pier, loop around the outside of the Tower of London and walk across Tower Bridge (you could do the Tower Bridge experience which costs around £10 and has glass floors but it will take a bit longer). I’d try and catch the 12:25 from Tower Pier to the London Eye pier otherwise you’ll have to wait another 50mins.
There are loads of good places for lunch along Southbank and afterwards you could walk to the Graffiti tunnel at Waterloo.

Loads to do at Greenwich , the observatory , maritime museum and Old royal naval college .
