Cottage / House for 18 within 2 hours of Cardiff?

Defib needs a dining table big enough for everyone.
Ideally mostly en-suite bathrooms
Hot tub and Table tennis / pool table would be nice too.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

High Cloud Farm. Its absolutely stunning. It has a swimming pool and a hot tub. I can't remember if it had a games room. It's split into a house and an annexe.

If you’ve got a big budget, Waterwynch house looks amazing. It just came up in a search I did for me, DH and 2 dogs. Might be a bit big for just us.

We have a fairly healthy budget between us all, but we’re a long way off that! It’s stunning though.

Doesn't tick all your boxes but have stayed here with a large group and it worked well.

That’s gorgeous but only about 10 minutes drive from where most of us live!

You could be me! We are 16 though and go regularly so are fairly au fait with what’s available for big groups.

Look at Big House Holiday Lets - they have loads and they are really helpful and accommodating.
