London with 7 year old suggestions

Hi everyone, we are off to London to watch England play on Sunday. The match is at 5 but thought we could squeeze something in beforehand. Any good suggestions for things to do with a 7 year old? Our train comes into Waterloo and we need to be in Wembley for 4ish. I am thinking natural history or science museum but been years since I went and can't remember how child friendly they are. Open to any other fun suggestions. Thank you in advance x

NHM and Science museum are very child friendly but I read on another thread that you have to book because of COVID.

We did the horrible histories boat tour which was great (but tower bridge so not ever so handy for Waterloo).
We’ve usually enjoyed just walking round looking at the sights, changing of the guard is back now. They also really enjoyed the museum of London and Barbican high walk.
