Toddler friendly activities near Honiton

Hi
We have a week away coming up, staying on a farm near Honiton. Looking for any must dos, hidden gems etc nearby. Have a 2 year old who loves animals and the sea, so donkey sanctuary, Paignton zoo and the beach (although which 1?) are already on the list.

Wildwood at Escot for animals (wolves, otters bears etc)
Sidmouth (at low tide) or Exmouth for a nice sandy beach
Pecorama at Beer for ride on a little steam train (also a nice pebble beach and pubs/cafes in the village)
Tram at Seaton for a ride up the estuary and bird life etc
Diggerland at Willand for... diggers!
