Small, local, privately owned static caravan hire?

I'm looking for a dog friendly static caravan site which isn't one of the large, sometimes fancy sites.

I'm looking for something upto 2 hours from Manchester.

I came across one in Saundersfoot and similar ones in Morston in Norfolk and Port Ban in Scotland. The type which are privately owned, with no more than 20-30 statics on the site. The statics aren't very modern, because it's not one of those sites which makes you buy a new one periodically.

Hoping someone knows a little hidden gem somewhere?
