Scilly Isles Summer 2022 with DS 15

Dear All, I would like to book a holiday for a week to the Scilly Isles at the end of July / August 2022 with my DS who will be 15. A friend recommended St Agnes however despite me thinking I'm being super organised as it is a year away much of the accommodation is already booked up! Does anyone know of any cottages available (2 bedrooms) available for a week's holiday on St Agnes anytime between July 21st and the beginning of September 2022? If not which of the other islands would you recommend? I will try finding accommodation there. Many thanks x

Can you wait another year to go as soon as gcses are over? A lot of the Scilly Isles book up as soon as private schools break up. Or maybe look at camping?

St Agnes is very quiet. Why not stay on St Mary's, the main island, and do day trips to the other islands?
St Martin's is very nice too.

There won’t be much on St Agnes for a teenager. I second trying St Mary’s - you can then do day trips to all the islands from there, and there is more accommodation available.
