Cotswolds Vs Cornwall for a winter break?

I’m looking at booking a winter (February half-term) self-catering break to either Cornwall or the Cotswolds. Cornwall - I’m thinking would be lovely out of the summer season, I love a wild wind-swept beach, I’ve never been before and I’ve always wanted to go. OR Cotswolds, which I have been to before, so pretty and I can imagine pottering round the picturesque villages before retiring to a quaint cottage with a log fire.
Which would you choose?

Cornwall, definitely!

Definitely Cornwall- you can have the sea and beaches but still wander round quaint places and have a cream tea!

Cornwall is great in Feb (or at has been for us!) if you get lovely dry crisp weather.
We used to stay beach front in st Ives every feb (we moved to Cornwall eventually!) it was fab, cosy with great views, so so quiet compared to the st Ives of summer. Beaches in Cornwall would be just want you want.
(To add - have done cotswolds too but prefer Cornwall in winter ) lots of places to warm up with a good meal or hot drink too

What Marty said. We have a place in St Ives so we are biased, however we went to the Cotswolds in may and we were really bored.

You’d never tire of beach walks.
