Nervous about travel

Hi everyone! American here, live in the US., and due to travel to the UK in a few days for a wedding. The wedding itself is very safe, everyone is vaccinated, and everyone will need to do a lateral flow test the morning of the wedding. However, I’m getting cold feet and am nervous about such a long flight with my toddler (obviously not vaccinated but she did have covid last year so I’m hoping she still has protection). We at least will stay with vaccinated family and not do any sightseeing to stay safe, just stick to parks and outdoor activities. . What is the overall feeling of covid over there? Has anyone else done a long flight with their toddler? Many thanks.

I did this flight with my 3YO when we moved back from the US to the U.K. at the end of last year. And I know quite a few Americans who’ve made the journey more recently. I would expect the plane to be very quiet since Brits can’t currently enter the US. There was
