Lunch near Science Museum/ St Katharine’s Dock

We have a Horrible Histories boat tour booked in a few weeks followed by a 2 hour gap before I have booked The Science Museum. During that time we will need lunch and to travel between them…can anyone suggest anything? Ideally I would prefer to eat once we get near to the museum so the timings won’t be so stressful. We don’t want to spend a fortune or a lot of time (used to Wales prices not London Grin). I don’t eat meat and dd2 can be fussy so nothing too exotic.

Thanks in advance!

Comptoir Libanais chain is right by the Science Museum & I would have thought would fit the bill. That’s my go-to around there & the kids menu is nice, & simple.
Or Honest Burger Sth Kensington (have veggie options). Though we normally try to take a packed lunch.

There used to be a nice resturant in the sciencw museum possibly called blue something

Comptoir was rammed yesterday, the queue was enormous . We went to Pappa Roma, about a minute from south Ken, and absolutely great pizza!

@traumatisednoodle I’m not sure we are allowed into the museum until our slot so we need to eat before going in.

I’ll look at the other suggestions, thanks
