We are staying in Glasgow for 2 nights with our boys aged 12 and 16 staying in the west end. Any recommendations for places to visit/ eat etc.
Many thanks for any suggestions.

Follow the mural trail www.citycentremuraltrail.co.u
Glasgow Science Centre
Scottish Football Museum
See the floating beads at Kelvingrove

For eating out:
TriBeCa diner
Topolabamba
Bread Meats Bread

Agree with pp for eating out, topalabamba goes down well with my teens. Highlight in west end for us is Koko house for Japanese fluffy pancakes and bubble tea.

Xscape at braehead might suit teens depending on interest, would need to use bus or taxi though. The riverside transport museum and the tall ship is worth a visit.

I forgot to mention Loop and Scoop ice cream parlour

Ibrox if they like football. It's a beautiful listed building at the front and you might even be able to do that tour and see the league title. There's a very nice restaurant there too Argyle House and a wee trip to the Rangers shop. Easy access on the subway too. Science centre isn't far from there either and cineworld next to it.

We're not long back from 3 nights in Glasgow and then 3 nights in Edinburgh
We loved the west end area
Brel restaurant in Ashton Lane was enjoyed by the DC 14 & 12 and by us
Amore, Italian restaurant in the merchant city area was great too
Hop on hop off bus trip was good
Have a lovely trip Smile

Maybe a bit nerdy but if they are interested in history the Tenement House museum? A look at the university if they are/were into Harry Potter?
