Wedding anniversary hotel

Can anyone recommend a really lovely, restful hotel for a wedding anniversary stay. A lovely location and spa and/or restaurant would be nice. We’re Home Counties but can travel up to 3 hours for something romantic and special.

Swinton Park is fabulous but may be a little far.

I really enjoyed a stay at the Vineyard Stockcross - was a few years ago but the restaurant was excellent.

I just looked at the vineyard, looks lovely. Will try Swinton cross

Sudbury House, Faringdon (Oxon)

Sudbury House isn't a spa but has a very good restaurant.
