Buggy friendly beach on the Wirral

Looking to go for a beach day out on the Wirral. We're looking for a sandy beach where the sea is accessible for a paddle. We have twin babies so need it to either be buggy friendly or so you can park near the beach and carry them a short distance. Any ideas?

New Brighton, Good Crab fishing too, Sea Side Cafe is great its like stepping back in time in a good way.

Lots of parking on the Prom but good carparks next to Fort Perch Rock

West Kirby Nice but I feel New Brighton is a better all around package

@Funf Thanks for the reply. Are you aware of any quieter beaches too? We're planning on taking a picnic and just staying for a few hours so don't need many amenities. Saw Moreton and Leasawe when I had a quick search - are either of those accessible?

Hoylake has lovely fine silky sand, West Kirkby is more like damp sugar.
