I'm due to pay the balance on our Haven holiday very shortly - noticed that the no quibble covid guarantee states that you can only transfer your holiday or get a refund if you notify them 28 - 3 days before your arrival. Does anyone know what happens if your unfortunate enough to get covid 1 -2 days before the start of the holiday? Do you just lose all your money? Having absolutely no luck getting through to Haven to double check. Thanks!
