Best hotels in Bournemouth

I am looking for a nice hotel in Bournemouth, for a 2 night stay, some where with nice food and atmosphere, does anyone know of any?

Do you want to eat in the hotel or go to local restaurants? We stayed in The Orchid Hotel last year on the East Cliff. We had some meals in the hotel but there are some great local restaurants - we loved the Funky Griller and there’s also a great Mexican.
