I'm looking for somewhere family and dog friendly where children are allowed in the pool. Thanks.

South Lodge near Horsham

I haven't used the Spa - it wasn't built when I stayed at the hotel - but I think children can use the pool at certain times. The Hotel and restaurants are fantastic.

Mallory court, near leamington spa, pet friendly and spa

its an hour up the M40 and about 10 minutes drive from the motorway. You'd then be close to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa for sight seeing

Or the Welcome Hotel just outside Stratford, again an easy trip up the M40 and A46, in the countryside and close to sightseeing with spa and pet friendly

If you want to push the boat out then The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds has a fabulous reputation, set in Broadway and is delightful but double the price of the others

Some that I have stayed in:

Costwolds
Whately Manor in the Cotswolds
Calcot Manor, Tetbury

Bath
The Gainsborough

Beautiful Somerset
Babbington House
