So myself and a friend have children aged 6 who both want to visit places around London. They want to do all the touristy stuff in London, Buckingham palace, Big Ben, The Natural History Museum etc but also want to visit the Harry Potter studio tour, Chessington and Legoland. Can anyone advice where we would be best looking for somewhere to stay? With good easy access train links that wouldn't be central London prices? We'd probably buy a merlin pass for the year to dave on ticket costs. Thanks in advance!
