May half term - too late to book any then decent or still possible?

Any ideas of what might still be available to book for May half term? 2 adults, 2 kids, probably within 4 hours of Hampshire
Ideally with hot tub, or pool or near coast but not too fussy!
Glamming, lodge or cottage.
Don’t mind paying a bit over the odds, I’ve got a special birthday in May. Just wonder if it’s too late

3 kids, not 2, oops!
And I have looked online but doesn’t seem to be much!

There’s masses still around, especially if you are willing to pay a bit more. I only booked a holiday for 12th April today. Look on air b and b
