Hi I am looking for recommendations for good holiday parks in the UK. Close to the beach and with activities for a 7 year old and a baby. Planning our summer holiday. Thanks x

Depends on you location, The Havens in North Wales have been good for us, I am not sure if its still the car but we found a few Private rentals on the Haven sites that where of a higher standard but cheaper.
Some ideas here

Torbay? Lovely beaches, safe paddling, walk to beach. Water parks/zoo etc. Dartmoor nearby for walking.

Butlins Minehead. Book a private caravan on the site, there are some lovely luxurious ones right by the lake with gorgeous views of the hills beyond. You can (hopefully COVID allowing) use all the facilities on site and there’s so much for little ones to do. Minehead itself is nice and lots of walks and attractions close by.

We went to Craig Tara in the summer, its was good and a good base for seeing other places we went to Arran etc, its next to some play farm type thing too.
It all depends what you need from a holiday, we just wanted to go to Scotland and one of the Islands.
We booked at the last minute via this website

We found that ours is owned by a charity and when they are not using it they rent it out, it was spotless and conformed to all the Covid regs etc
