I'm asking because we always end up in shitty caravan parks in run down sea side towns. One day I'd like to go to somewhere a bit more luxurious with a hot tub and a TV that works when it rains! My friends seem to manage to find nice places. Why can't I? Or do they just have more money Hmm

This year £850 for a lovely 2 bed cottage on the North Norfolk coast, last week of summer hols. I'd be prepared to spend up to maybe £1300 per week in August if it was a great cottage in a great location.

1200 for a glorious cottage in Ambleside in July, three bedrooms, five people, one week.

I have just looked at holiday cottages and caravans next year. Some of the Haven ones in Cornwall and Devon are nearly 2k for a week. In a caravan!!!

£800 for an apartment in North Devon. In whit as it's almost twice the price in Aug.
