Things to do in South Wales/Pembrokeshire in October

I’m taking the DD’s to Wales in October half term, South Wales but Pembrokeshire border. DD’s are 14 and 16 both with some mobility problems and ASD so no long walks, dd2 just likes mooching around shops and pretty places, dd1 likes wildlife. Any suggestions of places to visit and places to eat?

Pottery painting at The Creative Cafe in Narbeth
Manor Wildlife Park at Tenby
Colby Woodland Garden
Dyfed Shire Horse Centre
Pembrey Country Park

Thank you, great suggestions, both DD’s would love the shire horse centre and pottery painting will be perfect if it’s raining.

See if boat trips are running eg from Tenby and maybe spot some wildlife out at sea?

The shire horse centre is very close to Castell Henlyss Iron Age fort. The barefoot trail is worth doing www.pembrokeshirecoast.wales/castell-henllys/about-castell-henllys/barefoot-trail/

That looks amazing, I love going barefoot, dd1 hates it but I’m guessing you can keep shoes in if wanted? Dd1 would love the Iron Age fort too as she loves history.
