Will be going next week - Friday/Saturday - 4 of us inc 2 teenagers - any good Indian , Chinese or Italian recommendations please , TIA

Sorry for typos! Simla on Side is a good I Dian too. All the chains are in Newcastle. Try Grey Street or the Quayside. Nice to have a meal overlooking the river.

Italians I like uno's and Prima on the quayside. Then portofinos which is the bottom of grey street.
There is china town with all the restaurants but I'm not sure what is good these days.

Dabbawal for Indian street food!

Babucho on the quayside is a great Italian.

Pani's for Italian and Dabbawal for Indian. Both on High Bridge. Heard good things about Kaltur (Spanish) on Dean or Grey Street. Enjoy!
