London in the heat

Going to London on a pre planned trip with DD's. Are there places they can play in water in the heat? Parks or streams etc? I know it's a random question but it looks to be so hot so any suggestions to keep cool would be appreciated.

Thanks.

It's mainly been pretty quiet. I haven't taken the tube so much but the overground not hectic- plenty of space to distance- and buses are limiting numbers. Probably just try and avoid rush hour and try and walk a bit more. Tourist numbers are obviously hugely down.

London is quiet at the moment. Ple tu pf space on the tube from what I've experienced.

I concur, the tube is getting busier but not pre-covid levels. Yesterday I got on a tube at 4pm and was surprised to see almost all seats taken. Almost all other tubes I've taken have had 1/3 of seats taken with no one standing. Mask wearing about 90%, and most of those properly too.

Do people recommend London for a trip. Can't decide if it feels like a big leap? Did you feel safe on the tubes? Re social distancing etc?

Debating whether to plan a trip.....
