Can anyone recommend a firm which punts whilst you sit back and relax.

And somewhere to lunch afterwards with an 11 year old.

Scudamores are good but there's changes due to covid so the prices are higher than normal for guided. There's shared or private.

There's masses of places to eat though not sure what's open at the moment and lots are pretty mediocre. Fitzbillies is good for somewhere traditional, better at cakes.

Alternative is to punt yourself to Granchester. There the Orchard tea rooms is really good for afternoon tea. www.theorchardteagarden.co.uk/
I would presume it's open now but best to check everywhere atm.

It's quite fun to have a go at punting yourself.

My DC's top restaurant in central Cambridge is Honest Burger but there are a million restaurants that would probably be fine. I also like Bills.
