Family Christmas hotels

Our house could potentially be a building site this Christmas and I'm looking at options for family Christmas breaks in the UK. Our little ones will be almost 3 and 4... I've never had Christmas away before so any recommendations / advice appreciated!

Have you looked at the Luxury Family Hotels group? Not cheap but totally set up for families so I expect they’d go all out for Christmas.

Center parcs may also be worth a look - they do a lot of breaks round Christmas. You're unlikely to have building works actually carrying on over Christmas though so you might be better off finding an air bnb for the duration!

Bedruthan Steps is lovely in the summer and very geared up for young children. I bet their Christmas break is nice.
