MacDonald resorts - Plas Talgarth

Hi have booked here and should have paid balance this week. Not had an email, cannot see how to pay online, no one answering phones!
Have emailed and filled in contact form.
Should I be worried?
Anyone else booked with MacDonald?

It's lovely there but you need a car. Have you booked direct with them?
