Am applying for CBT traineeships at the moment. Geographically mobile so am adopting a scattergun approach and applying all over the country to improve my chances as I know it's fiercely competitive. I've got a core profession and experience in mental health services but no pwp experience and no psychology degree, which I'm a bit worried about. So far been rejected by several, on the reserve list for one, one upcoming interview and waiting to hear back from several more. Any hints and tips to increase my chances of success, please?
