St Ives boat trips (covid)

Does anyone know if any St Ives boat trips eg to the lighthouse are running (or will be soon)? It’s not obvious from operator websites and I thought I would see if anyone knows before I start ringing round.

Well I managed to book tickets online in case anyone is interested!

Hello, do you live in St Ives?
I live not too far and I know they have closed the town to vehicles because of covid restrictions. So that would mean you can't park in town.
I'm not sure if that means park and ride is available or not. Thought I would let you know just in case!

Thanks - we don’t live there but will be there on holiday later this month. Our holiday cottage owners have warned us about the road closures. Sounds like a great idea

I have just been to st Ives, carparks were open as usual, and only one main road closed temporarily. Slowly getting back to normal. But I had a look at the boat trips and they hadn't mentioned on the posters when they are reopening.

I booked online with Dolly P for end of July and had a confirmation email. No mention of any Covid precautions but we’ll take masks

Is it fore street that closes in the day?

TheChineseChicken · 02/07/2020 07:45

@CountessFrog the road closures are detailed here stivestowncouncil-cornwall.gov.uk/summer-covid-19-safety-plan/

Thank you. Our accommodation has parking on beach rd, looks like we will just go up and over!

But how will anyone use car parks?
